About Integrity Compass
We exist to raise a new kind of responsible leader.
Young people are full of potential, but too often surrounded by broken systems, peer pressure and a culture that rewards shortcuts. Integrity Compass was born to change that, beginning with youth-focused engagement in Ekiti State, Nigeria.
The problem we are addressing
Corruption, drug abuse, unemployment and a deficit of mentorship are limiting the potential of many young people. Too many grow up without a roadmap, without role models and without anyone holding them to a higher standard.
We believe the solution starts with the inner life of the youth, and ripples outward into families, schools, workplaces and nations.
Our objectives
- Champion integrity as a non-negotiable foundation for responsible leadership.
- Mentor and equip young people with real-world skills and ethical grounding.
- Partner with schools, families and communities to reshape youth culture.
- Provide pathways out of substance abuse, peer pressure and hopelessness.
- Build a network of value-driven young changemakers, beginning in Ekiti State.
Institutional collaboration
Integrity Compass-CCBIC Initiative
Integrity Compass collaborates with the Code of Conduct Bureau, Ekiti State Office, through the Integrity Compass-CCBIC Initiative to strengthen integrity, ethical behaviour, responsible citizenship, positive values, resilience and holistic youth development.
Joint activities may include youth seminars, workshops, school engagements and community activities agreed and coordinated by both organisations. Integrity Compass and the Code of Conduct Bureau remain separate organisations with their respective governance and responsibilities.

Founder and CEO
A vision carried by conviction.
Our founder has spent years working with young people across communities, listening to their stories, walking with them through tough seasons, and watching what happens when integrity is modelled rather than merely preached.
Integrity Compass is the embodiment of that journey: a structured initiative to raise responsible leaders their communities can trust.
