Impact & Learning

Monitoring & Evaluation

We treat impact measurement as a core discipline, not an afterthought. Our M&E framework helps us stay honest about what is working, what is not, and how to serve young Africans better every year.

  1. 1

    Design with outcomes

Every program starts with a clear theory of change, measurable outcomes and baseline indicators aligned to the SDGs.

  2. 2

    Collect evidence

We combine pre and post surveys, attendance and engagement data, teacher assessments and long-term tracer studies of alumni.

  3. 3

    Listen to beneficiaries

Structured feedback from students, parents, coordinators and partner schools shapes every iteration of our work.

  4. 4

    Learn and adapt

Findings are reviewed quarterly by program leads and annually by the Board to refine curricula, delivery and reach.

  5. 5

    Report openly

Impact metrics, stories and learnings are shared through our annual report and directly with our funders and partners.
