Accountability

Financial Transparency

Integrity Compass is committed to the highest standards of financial integrity. This page sets out how we manage funds today and how we will report to the public as our operations mature.

Integrity-first stewardship

Every naira and dollar entrusted to Integrity Compass is treated as sacred and used to advance our mission. No leadership member benefits personally from any donation.

Independent oversight

The Board of Trustees provides independent oversight of finances, budgets and controls, supported by our internal governance policies.

Annual audit and reporting

As we grow, financial statements will be independently audited each year and published alongside our annual report.

Donor accountability

We honour restricted gifts, communicate openly with funders, and provide project-level impact reports on request.

Our promise on public reporting

Integrity Compass is in its early foundational years. In line with international NGO best practice, we will publish independently reviewed financial summaries alongside our annual reports as soon as we complete our first full program year. Detailed financial reports will always be available to institutional donors, embassies, foundations and regulators on request.
